During every month of the regular season, starting with the month of May, the league administrators plan to vote on and recognize at least two outstanding players from each of the four divisions for "Offensive Player of the Month" and "Pitcher of the Month".

While each division had several players deserving of this award for putting up exceptional numbers in the first month of the season, the league had the difficult task of narrowing it down to just two.

Without further ado, here are your May 2021 "Players of the Month", as voted on by the BMBL league administrators:

MABL 18+

Pitcher of the Month - Sean O'Neill, Merrimack Marlins (2-0 record, 13 IP, 0.00 ERA, 35 K's, 2 H, 1 BB, Threw perfect game on 5/9)

Offensive Player of the Month - Thomas Lenane, Mocka Rays (9-16, .563 Avg., 6 Runs, 3 RBI's, 2 Doubles, 1 HR)

MSBL 28+

Pitcher of the Month - John Medina, Boston Havoc (2-0 record, 15 IP, 1.40 ERA, 19 K's, 2 BB, 3 ER)

Offensive Player of the Month - Teddy Dziuba, Boston Bombers (12-21, .571 Avg., 10 Runs, 9 RBI's, 4 Doubles)

MSBL MetroWest

Pitcher of the Month - Chris Dion, Metrowest Royals (3-0 record, 17.1 IP, 1.04 ERA, 18 K's, 0 BB, 2 ER)

Offensive Player of the Month - Mike Healey, Metrowest Orioles (9-13, .692 Avg., 5 Runs, 5 RBI's, 3 Doubles)

MSBL Masters
