Happy 4th of July weekend! As we celebrate Independence Day with fireworks and festivities, let's also take a moment to reflect on the exciting month of June in the Boston Metro Baseball League.

As last month rolled in, bringing with it the sweltering summer heat, the league witnessed an equally scorching display of talent on the diamond, both on the mound and at the plate.

We're now halfway through the season and eagerly anticipating the thrilling action ahead. One of the highlights to look forward to is the upcoming All-Star Game, set to take place on Saturday, July 27. We're thrilled to announce that this year's event will be held at LeLacheur Park in Lowell, a nostalgic return to the venue where we hosted this marquee event for fifteen years.

For now, it's time to recognize two standout players from each of the league's four divisions for "Offensive Player of the Month" and "Pitcher of the Month".

Without further ado, here are the June 2024 "Players of the Month", as voted on by the BMBL administrators.

18+ Division
