Manager votes for up to 5 different players. Players received 5 points for a 1st place vote, 4 points for a 2nd place vote, 3 points for a 3rd place vote, 2 points for a 4th place vote and 1 point for a 5th place vote. Managers could not vote for players from their own team. In the event of a tie, the following tie-breakers were used: the player appearing on the most ballots breaks tie.
