Ten Years and 1,000 innings in the books

10th Annual 100 Innings of Baseball

The world's longest game played its 1,000th inning, following the completion of the 10th annual 100 Innings of Baseball.

Team Third Base defeated Team First Base by a final score of 79-69 in a shorter-than-usual 28 hours. Exactly 21 Iron Men played the entire game, setting a new event record.

Fundraising for ALS this year via "The Angel Fund" has surpassed $560,000. Thank you to all of the players, umpires, sponsors, and contributors who have pitched in to make this game a success over the last decade!

Chris Deane and Tom Trull earned co-MVP honors for their dish work, each catching more innings than knee-savers ever could have expected when they created their product. Well done, fellas.
