| TOURNAMENT SUMMARY BETWEEN 2001 & 2002 SEASONS
2/25/02: Welcome back to the MSBL New England
Bandits, who returned from Caribbean Championship after advancing
to the Semi-Finals, but losing in that round to the Florida Sea
Dogs 9-5. The Bandits finished with a 3-2-1 record (versus 3-2
in 2001).

1/27/02: Players from the Boston MABL and
MSBL competed in the Walt Disney Classic in Orlando, Florida last
week. The Boston Wolfpack (4-1) came in second overall
after winning last year. See The

The Long Rhode Stars (1-2) and the New
England Top Hats (1-1-1) also competed and represented our
local MABL/MSBL chapter.
11/11/01: The MSBL/MABL Fall Classic in Florida
concluded this weekend with the New England Pride representing
the Boston Baseball League. And before that, 7 teams represented
the league at the MABL/MSBL World Series in Phoenix, Arizona.

10/08/01: Congratulations to the Rhode
Island Stars -- champions of the East Bridgewater Tournament for
the second straight year. The Stars defeated the Cleveland
Circle Indians in the Championship Game 5-2. The other Final Four
teams included the Boston Dirt Dogs and the Quincy Devil Rays.
